The evaporative condensing modularized chiller

The YTIS series of evaporative condensing modularized chiller is the result of our many years’ research experience combining with advanced technology in air-conditioning field. It integrates water cooled chiller, construction of computer room, cooling tower, cooling pump, cooling water pipe, valve, meter and control and measuring instrument together. It possesses the advantages of small size, high efficiency, low noise, longevity of service, easy operation and energy saving. So that it can be widely used in places such as cinema, hotel, hospital, emporium, restaurant, school, office building, recreational enter, gymnasium, laboratory, luxury villas and so on.

A       High-efficiency & energy saving

Traditional Chillers use air to take the condensation heat away and the condensing temperature determined by dry-bulb temperature, while the condensation heat of the dual high efficiency YTIS series of evaporative condensing modularized chiller is took away by the evaporation latent heat of water and its condensing temperature is determined by wet-bulb temperature. General speaking, wet-bulb temperature is about 6~8℃ lower than dry-bulb temperature, so condensation temperature of the YTIS series is always 5~8℃ lower than that of traditional water-cooled chillers and 10~15℃ lower than that of air cooled chillers. When condensing temperature increase 1℃, energy cost of the unit will increase around 1.9% and cooling capacity will drop about 1.1%. Therefore the YTIS series chillers precisely save energy because of their low condensing temperature.

B        Saving Investment

By using evaporative condenser and integrating condenser, cooling tower, circulating-water pool, circulating-water pump and water treatment device together, it greatly reduces installation workload and cost. So the total investment of the evaporative condenser can be lower than it of other condensing modes.

C       Low operation cost

The evaporative condensing modularized chiller has the virtue of low condensing temperature and low electric power consumption. Its evaporative condenser is equipped with PVC water-retaining parts by which water in hot air will be led into the water collection gutter for recycling use, so as to reduce the water loss rate. Ultra-thickness hot- dip galvanizing craft, double-layer heat insulation outside shell and all panel designed with anti-corrosion materials lead to excellent quality that greatly cuts the operation cost.

D       There are two types of compressors for selection. The twin-rotor screw semi-hermetic compressor with 5:6 teeth ratio has unloading energy control device so as to realize multi-grade and stepless energy adjustment. The scroll hermetic compressors possess the virtues of high efficiency, low operating sound, little vibration, reliable performance, long life, etc.

E        The shell-tube type evaporator utilizes high efficiency copper tube combining with special optimized design. This combination provides perfect heat exchange effect, stable oil return and easy maintenance.

F        The micro-computer control system we used has functions of safe protection, communication, failure judgment automatic adaptation, etc.

G        Elliptical coil is employed in the evaporative condenser that obviously augments surface area of the coil and accelerates air and water flow to improve heat exchange efficiency. It has the advantages of low water consumption, corrosion resistance, small footprint and simple installation and maintenance.
