The QK series of air conditioner for cave

Shenling’s QK series of air conditioner for cave under full working conditions developed specially for cave environment, is a kind of new &high-end type units .This kind of unit designed for underground air-conditioning systems specially, is high-efficiency and energy saving. It can meet not only the requirement of dehumidification and constant temperatures, but also the need of high-precision control of the underground environmental indicators. So the QK series is a kind of terminal equipment which can realize intelligent centralized control by integral system platform.

A       The Shenling QK series of air conditioner for cavity have various specifications and its air flow rate ranges from 5400m3/h to 20000m3/h. Each specification has two types –standard type and high-cooling type.

B        The units whose cooling capacity is less than 80KW are equipped with digital scroll compressors. While the unit whose cooling capacity is more than 80KW are equipped with stepless adjustment screw compressors which can ensure the unit operating in high EER and saving energy at any load.

C       The condensing process utilizing water-cooled condenser together with air-cooled condenser can proportionally control the inlet refrigerant flow rate of the air cooled condenser by three-way valve, so as to achieve the precise control of air temperature. The temperature control ranges from 10 to 40℃, with a precision of ±0.5℃ and none adjusting blind spot.

D       The multi-evaporator design can solve the system matching problems when the compressor capacity changes. Reheat condenser classified design with a unique spray device can eliminate liquid deposit, which can ensure system’s safety and reliable operation when compressor unload.

E        The advanced programmable logic controller (PLC) we use can control the temperature and relative humidity accurately. The All-Chinese touch liquid crystal display is convenient for operation;Multi-protectors installed can ensure unit’s safety and reliable operation. With a long-range communications interface of controller, it can use for long-distance control.
